The whole renovations were undertaken and completed within one day allowing for a suitable timescale for germination and recovery. This was well in advance of the upcoming season due to the modern equipment utilised for these works and the hands-on experienced operators.

The whole renovations consisted of:

• Koro field top maker to remove existing surface
• Rake level tilth for cultivations
• Sand spread 100 tonnes
• Verti drain
• Apply pre seed fertiliser
• Overseed 4 directions with disc seeder
• Overseed final pass using dimple seeder
• Final levels raked and drag matted
